AMATERAS 0002 — OEP/Carnhill
2-Channel Stereo Passive Line Transformer
TRS Version

Vintage weight. Modern clarity.

A real-hardware counterpart to the AMATERAS Transformer Saturator plug-in. Two independent channels of UK-made OEP/Carnhill transformers add warm midrange, solid low-end weight and a smooth, silky finish.

Drive it harder for greater transformer saturation, or lower the level for a cleaner result.

• OEP/Carnhill transformers made in the UK
• Two independent channels for stereo or dual-mono use
• Warm, dense and naturally cohesive sound
• Balanced TRS input and output
• Also compatible with unbalanced TS connections
• 1:2 transformer ratio with approximately 4–5 dB of level increase
• Passive design—no power supply required
• Hand-wired and tested in Tokyo, Japan

Ideal for recording, mixing, stereo buses, mastering, instruments and live systems.

Designed for line-level signals.
For passive guitar or bass, use a pedal, preamp or buffer before the 0002.

Limited monthly production.
Three-week return guarantee.
Worldwide shipping from Japan.
